The Friends of Clough Hall Park yesterday (30th March 2013) held their annual Easter Egg hunt at a sun bathed Clough Hall Park in Kidsgrove.
Once again the event was exceptionally successful with 210 youngsters taking part and all winning an Easter egg. There were also a further 10 youngsters who took part in the Easter bonnet competition. These were judged by Kidsgrove Town Mayor and Councillor Gillian Burnett.
The café which the group operates from the pavilion at the park this year reported an overall profit of £317, which is double of that which was achieved in 2012. The group wanted to thank Tesco in Kidsgrove for providing some of the Easter eggs and refreshments used to make this even happen.
Well done to all members of the Friends of Clough Hall Park group in organising such an event.
